Savroc Ltd is the pioneer of the chromium technology. Savroc’s technology center is located in Kuopio, Finland. The Tech Center is equipped with the latest technology for coating industry research & development.
The company was founded in 2012, inspired by a better and healthier chrome plating method. Like many other great inventions, the ingredients and process of TripleHard were discovered partly accidentally. It was found that sometimes basic trivalent chromium coating was tougher even though conditions were unchanged and stable. After this discovery the research began to study the reasons and the optimal mixing ratio of the coating additive.
In 2015 Savroc Ltd was selected as one of the 25 most promising Nordic cleantech start-ups by Nordic Cleantech Open.

A surface technology visionary, Jussi co-founded Savroc in 2012 and became CEO in 2025. He has led the development of TripleHard from concept to pilot production and now drives the company’s overall strategy, product development, and global expansion.
With more than 40 years of experience in European surface-finishing sales and technical consulting, Alexander develops OEM partnerships, opens new markets, and ensures smooth integration of TripleHard solutions on customer production lines.
A former Investment Director at Shell Ventures with over 30 years of experience in industrial commercialization and venture capital. Ramalinga provides strategic guidance in business development, partnership building, and scaling Savroc’s global presence.
