Who we share your data with
Form submissions are stored in our database and forwarded to HubSpot CRM. Each entry stores the submitter’s IP address for spam control.
How long we retain your data
Data is retained for 12 months unless you become a customer. If you become a customer, we keep contract-related data for the statutory retention period (currently 6 years in Finland).
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
You may request an export or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing jussi.raisa@savroc.com. We will respond within 30 days
Where we send your data
All traffic is screened by Sucuri CloudProxy WAF. Visitor IP address and browser signature are processed on Sucuri’s EU servers for threat detection and are purged after 7 days.
